At the very least, its haunting floral bouquet does seem to trigger some sort of resonance in the oldest parts of our own brains. This Moscato underwent fermentation in the bottle (metodo tradizionale), and was bottled with minimal dosage (6 g/L). The result is an exceptional food wine, with the faintest hint of refreshing bitterness (a calling card of Moscati). Fully dry and sparkling, this wine has a beautiful creamy texture, aromas of apricot, ripe peach, and white flowers, and flavors of stone fruit, lychee, jasmine, and guava. It has a smooth, even finish. A very special wine we made in tiny quantities, perfect for celebrations.
