This first installment of Le Club Bonbonne includes six bottles of a very special en bonbonne (carboy) bottling of our flagship red in a stunning presentation cigar box. Only a very few of these collectible, limited-edition wood boxes are available.

Here's the deal: We’ve selected a small percentage of our Cigare Volant and Cigare Blanc cuvées (and this year some Vin Gris as well) for extended aging in five gallon carboys, aka demijohns, aka glass water bottles, sealed up, protected from light and stirred more or less fortnightly. The reductive élevage and the re-absorption of yeast lees help create a wine of very particular character and complexity, as well as extreme age-worthiness. These are our Réserve wines.

Order now, and you'll have first access to future wood box releases of Cigare Réserves in Le Club Bonbonne. If you enroll Le Club Bonbonne, we will reserve one 6-pack of each of our annual offerings, tissue-wrapped and packed in a beautiful wooden Cigare box. As a Club Bonbonne member, we offer a courtesy 15% discount from the retail price on the 6-bottle pack. The initial offering of the ’08 Le Cigare Volant Réserve (inclusive of the discount) is $330 for 6 bottles. The ’10 Cigare Blanc Réserve, released in the spring, will be $255 for 6 bottles.
