Classic Mustard with Cigare Blanc
This Dijon-style mustard stands out (we believe) partially in virtue of the wine that is used in its preparation, to wit, our Le Cigare Blanc. Who knows why some things work so well together, but perhaps the honeyed, beeswaxy, quincy aspect of the wine adds a certain je ne sais coing1 to the already brilliant mustard.
Best enjoyed with a charcuterie plate, a dry rosé (hmm, wonder if we can think of one), and your smartest friends.
Yellow mustard powder, white wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Le Cigare Blanc, garlic, sea salt, white pepper.
Contains sulfites and trace amounts of milk from the winemaking process. Made in a facility that processes nuts.
Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening. Separation is natural.

1 Coing (Fr.) = quince. (It would be gauche to point out how witty this pun is.)
