We are very pleased with this small production (only 28 cases) of unfiltered extra virgin olive oil, made from a blend of olives grown at Popelouchum, Bonny Doon's estate vineyard in San Juan Bautista.

Spicy and fruity, this olio nuovo, or “new oil”, is fantastic as a finishing oil, or even for dipping with artisan bread (just sprinkle with a little sea salt).
